"Bhava" can mean feeling, emotion, mood, mental attitude or devotional state of mind. It is identified with outer movements of the body, such as dancing or singing. 

This piece was specially commissioned for a dear family friend who has a great love of all dance, and therefore the brief was to incorporate in some shape or form, creating a vibrant semi-abstract piece. Using rich oils and a specific colour palette of oranges, yellows and turquoise, the final piece resulted in a subtle blend of contemporary art meets classical dance.
